The Rigaku XtaLAB Synergy-S is a dual microfocus X-ray diffractometer for fast and agile analysis of the 3D structure of single crystals.

Features:

    Microfocus X-ray sources: Mo & Cu.

    Optimal for small molecules.
    Adjustable divergence slit option allows resolution of reflections from long unit cells (Cu only).
